🏡 Home-Visit Checklist: Preparing Your Space

If I am traveling to your home to deliver your care, my goal is to make the experience as seamless and relaxing as possible. You do not need to clean your house or worry about hosting me—I am coming to support you.

To help me set up a sacred, safe space for your session, please review this simple checklist before I arrive:

🛋️ For All Sessions (Massage & Steaming)

  • Clear a Small Area: Ensure there is enough clear floor space (about the size of a double bed) in a quiet room for me to set up my portable massage table or steaming seat.

  • Warmth and Privacy: Pick a room where you feel entirely safe, where the doors can be closed for privacy, and where you can control the temperature (heating or cooling) so your body stays comfortable.

  • Turn Down the Noise: If possible, let family members know you are having a session so you won't be interrupted. Feel free to turn off your phone or put it on silent.

💆 Specific to Massage Sessions

  • Two Large Towels: Please have two clean, large bath towels ready for me to use for your secure draping and comfort on the table.

  • Easy Access: A ground-floor room or a space with minimal stairs is ideal if you are heavily pregnant or freshly postpartum, making it easy for you to access.

🌿 Specific to Traditional Womb Steaming

  • Wear a Long Skirt: Remember to wear a long, loose, or flowing skirt. This keeps you completely covered while letting the healing steam rise perfectly.

  • Access to Power & Water: I will need access to an electrical outlet to plug in the steamer element, and a source of fresh water to prepare your herbal brew.
