YOUNG WOMEN’S CIRCLES 4 weeks, friendship, fun, snacks, craft, education. Ever wanted to attend a women’s circle? Now you can with your friends, come and sit in circle and experience what it’s like to be a part of a sisterhood, understand the menstrual cycle and create your own selfcare toolkit.

About the event
Young womens circle 11+ (gathering fortnightly for 4 sessions, 8 weeks in total)
Our first time hosting regular fortnightly gatherings for pree teens and teen girls was such a hit and a wonderful experience for all involved that we're bringing it back again!
Once a fortnight we will come together for 2.5 hours, to hang out in the cozy space of Studio Lomandra in Samford Village.
Each week there's a different theme, we learn about things like Anatomy, the Menstrual cycle, bullying & healthy friendships, body diversity & positivity, aswell as different Self care tools like meditation, stretching, healthy eating and journaling, Together we eat healthy snacks and engage in craft creation too, from face mask making and application, to massage oils using esential oils and more.
